HIROTSU Bio Science Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative; Takaaki Hirotsu (Hereinafter referred to as “HIROTSU”), has recently issued new shares through a third-party allotment to several investors including NPH Holdings, Inc. (headquartered in Nada-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo; Shigeru Nagate, CEO) and D Data Business Supply Co.,Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Ichiro Togo, CEO).

Since its commercialization in January 2020, the nematode cancer test “N-NOSE” has expanded its services, and the number of examinees has exceeded 500,000. In order to make N-NOSE available to an ever-increasing number of people, we will work to enhance our services by jointly marketing N-NOSE and collecting specimens through the group companies of NPH Holdings, Inc. In addition, we plan to further expand our business with the cooperation of Data Business Supply Co.,Ltd.
