Capital Increase through Third-Party Allotment

HIROTSU BIO SCIENCE INC. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative; Takaaki Hirotsu (Hereinafter referred to as “HIROTSU”)), has recently issued new shares through a third-party allotment to EASTERN CAR LINER, LTD. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Shigeru Nagate, CEO).

Since its commercialization in January 2020, the nematode cancer test “N-NOSE” has expanded its services, and the number of examinees has exceeded 600,000.  We will continue to focus on research and development with the aim of contributing to a world where cancer can be detected early. Alongside Eastern Car Liner Ltd., we will work towards expanding the business of N-NOSE and enhancing its services to ensure it can be utilized by even more people.
