[Comments from Takaaki Hirotsu]

In line with the spirit of this international initiative, where experienced scientists mentor young researchers, I have decided to participate in the program. Young researchers seek advice on various aspects, including research and career development. As someone who has received invaluable guidance from my teachers and seniors in my younger days, I understand the importance of mentorship. Moving forward, I aspire to take on a leadership role and support the bright futures of researchers by sharing my experiences, from being a basic researcher to becoming a venture entrepreneur.
