1995: Graduated from the Department of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, the University of Tokyo. 2001: Completed Ph.D Program at the Department of Biological Sciences, the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Science; Received Ph.D in Science. Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Research Fellow at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Science Molecular Genetics Research Laboratory; Kyoto University Graduate School of Biostudies Postdoctoral Research Fellow; Assistant Professor, Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, Kyushu University. 2016: Founded Hirotsu Bio Science Inc.; assumed office as CEO.

Naoki Sakakibara
1990: Established Vision Label Media Lab Co., Ltd. Developed patented technology that extracts ultrahigh-resolution still images from video, and commercialized this in conjunction with a major communications company. 2011: Supervised the Baseball Science Project at Dentsu Sports Partners, conducted joint research with Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences, University of Tsukuba.
2015: Conducted research on methods of spreading awareness of improving cancer diagnosis rates with former Kyushu University Assistant Professor Takaaki Hirotsu. 2016: Founded Hirotsu Bio Science Inc. with CEO Takaaki Hirotsu. Appointed Director.
